Package Termination: You may request to cancel your package and receive a partial refund based on the number of unused sessions. Lesson cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Session rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is not available within 24 hours of the session start time.
