Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking & Payment • Advance Booking Required: Please book at least 3 days in advance to secure your spot. • Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept online payment via credit/debit card or e-transfer (Canada/Vietnam). • Group Size: Tours are kept small and personalized. Maximum 4 guests per group (larger groups available upon request). ⸻ 🧾 Cancellation & Refund • 100% Refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour. • 50% Refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour. • No Refund for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows. • In case of heavy rain or unsafe weather, we may reschedule or offer a full refund. ⸻ 🛡️ Safety & Liability • Helmets are mandatory and provided for all guests. • All drivers are licensed and experienced locals trained for safe riding. • We provide basic travel insurance, but we recommend you have your own travel/medical insurance. • You must follow the guide’s instructions for your safety during the ride. ⸻ 👤 Guest Requirements • Minimum age: 18 years old • Weight limit: 110 kg (for comfortable seating) • Guests must be physically able to sit on the back of a motorbike for 2–4 hours. • Let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions. ⸻ 📍 Pick-up & Drop-off • Free pick-up and drop-off in central District 1. A small fee may apply for areas outside the city center. • Please be ready at your hotel or meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. ⸻ 🍜 Food & Drink • Street food and drinks included in most tours (varies by tour type). • Vegetarian or dietary preferences?
